Pentavera provides matching and advisory services to locate premium penthouse properties. Services include personalized consultations, curated recommendations, and arrangement of viewings.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, market reports, and related materials as information products. Access is granted after full payment.

3. Physical Goods

Physical goods such as printed brochures or branded merchandise are sold via the site and shipped to you at the address provided.

4. Payments

All fees are due at booking or purchase. We accept credit cards and other standard methods. You authorize Pentavera to charge the full amount.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service at least 72 hours before scheduled delivery, you are eligible for a full refund of service fees. If you cancel within 72 hours, we offer a pro rata refund for any unused portion of the service, minus any expenses already incurred. If the service is fully performed or the exclusive match is delivered, no refund is available.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if defective or inaccessible. To request a refund, contact us using the form at Contact Us. If the product is downloaded in full, no refund is provided.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may return physical goods within 30 days of receipt if they are in original condition. You must ship the items at your own cost and proof of shipment is required. A full refund of the purchase price, minus the original delivery charges, will be issued once we receive and inspect the items.

6. Transfer of Services

You may transfer a scheduled service to another date by notifying us at least 72 hours before the original date. All transfers are subject to availability. No additional change fees apply if within the same calendar year.

7. No Refund Circumstances

Certain bespoke consultation sessions and exclusive listings require full commitment. These services are non refundable due to the resources reserved exclusively for you. By booking any bespoke offering, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be made.

8. Changes to Terms

Pentavera reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on pentavera.info.
